Aprilia’s all new 2020 RS-GP MotoGP machine will make its track debut at Sepang. The bike is all new for 2020 marking a departure from the world superbike inspired previous incarnation which itself was a glorified CRT bike.
The bike has a 90-degree V4 engine and the aerodynamics have been redesigned by aprilia’s new engineers whom have come from Ferrari, Suzuki, Ducati, Lamborghini and BMW.
The test livery has the names of all the men and women involved in the project and it will make its debut during the Sepang test in February.
Andrea Iannone’s suspension for a failed anti-doping test means he will not be present with test rider Bradley Smith taking his place alongside Aleix Espargaro.
